RepuBoost ("we," "us," or "our") provides an AI-powered reputation management platform that helps local businesses monitor and respond to online reviews. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using RepuBoost, you agree to this policy.
When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, business name, business address, and phone number. Authentication is handled by our identity provider (Clerk).
When you connect a review platform (such as Google Business Profile, Yelp, or OpenTable), we collect and store the reviews, ratings, reviewer names, and business profile information associated with the business you own and have authorized us to access.
Subscription payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card details on our servers — Stripe handles all payment data in accordance with PCI-DSS standards.
We collect standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited to operate, secure, and improve the service.
Limited Use Disclosure. RepuBoost's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We only access Google data for the business profiles you explicitly connect and own. We do not use Google user data for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not share it with third parties except as required to provide the service (for example, our database host). Google user data is never used to train generalized AI/ML models. Access tokens are encrypted at rest and used solely to call Google APIs on your behalf. You can revoke RepuBoost's access at any time from your Google Account permissions page or by disconnecting the location in RepuBoost.
RepuBoost uses Anthropic's Claude API to generate review replies and analyze review authenticity. Review text is sent to Anthropic solely to produce these results and is not used by Anthropic to train its models. We do not send Google user data to any AI provider for model-training purposes.
We share information only with service providers that help us operate RepuBoost:
We do not sell your personal information or your Google user data to anyone.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete a location or close your account, the associated reviews and connection tokens are deleted from our systems.
You may access, correct, export, or delete your personal data at any time by contacting us or using the controls in your dashboard. You may disconnect any review platform at any time, which revokes our access and removes the stored tokens.
We use industry-standard measures including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, access controls, and secrets management to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, but we work continuously to safeguard your data.
RepuBoost is a business tool and is not directed to anyone under the age of 18.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised version here and update the "Last updated" date above.
