These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of RepuBoost (the "Service"), operated by RepuBoost ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
RepuBoost is a reputation management platform that helps businesses monitor reviews across connected platforms, generate AI-assisted replies, detect potentially fake reviews, run review-request campaigns, and view performance analytics. Features may change over time as we improve the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of the business you register. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
When you connect a third-party platform such as Google Business Profile, Yelp, or OpenTable, you represent that you own or are authorized to manage that business listing. Your use of those platforms remains subject to their respective terms. We are not responsible for changes to, or the availability of, third-party APIs.
RepuBoost uses AI to suggest review replies and analyze reviews. AI output may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing and approving any content before it is published. Fake-review detection is a probabilistic signal, not a definitive judgment, and should be used as guidance only.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through Stripe. Plans include a free trial where indicated; you will not be charged until the trial ends. You may cancel at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by RepuBoost and protected by intellectual-property laws. You retain ownership of your business data and content. You grant us a limited license to process that data solely to provide the Service.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your stored review data and connection tokens are deleted from our systems.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee any specific results, such as improved ratings or search rankings. We are not responsible for the accuracy or availability of third-party platforms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RepuBoost will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
